I did a bike ride from Royal Oak to Belle Isle yesterday. On the way, I checked on the Russell Industrial Centers bike-in Motor City Moviehouse facilities, sneaked a peek at the Dequindre Cut, and took some interesting photos (below).

Stanley Cup visits Riverdays
I was working at the Michigan Trails and Greenways booth at Detroit’s RenCen for Riverdays. The organizer came over on the last day and asked to pack up the booth early. The Stanley Cup was en route and they didn’t want us to get in its way. No problem. I packed everything up and jumped in line.
